  1. Do you have an idea of how much an average finished window weighs. I LOVE your work and want to try it and hand it outside.

    Hi Jill, The weight depends on the window and glass used. If you hang the piece outside you’ll want to keep it out of the sun, protected from the elements and bring it in if you live in a cold climate.

    1. Hi Joann, Sorry for the delay … summer vaca;) I don’t grind the edges anymore but I do make sure to trim all of the sharp edges with a wheeled nipper.

  2. I Love your work! I have an old window and want to do a glass on glass project with it. What glue do I use? Did you just use any glass pieces like dishes and ash trays etc.? How did you get the small broken pieces?

  3. I’ve never seen anything like that! It’s beautiful. It would be amazing in a garden. I guess I have to start collecting glass now.
