If You Can’t Hide It, Decorate It

Unpacking continues and with it comes the decision to fix mosaic tile pieces – that were injured in the move – or toss them in the trash and not look back.   If only. ;-|

Rescued this damaged mosaic tile mirror from the trash bin multiple times and I’m really glad I did. Not to shabby.

Yellow Rose of Texas Incense Holder

The Yellow Rose of Texas Incense Holder was created with a vintage Texas souvenir dish that I found in a Nebraska thrift store.  Added a gold tapestry tile, painted gold glass gems, a red glass heart, flora from a vintage plate and porcelain yellow roses from a vintage bouquet. Love this piece.

The Yellow Rose of Texas Mosaic Tile Incense holder measures 4″ inches wide x 9″ inches long x 3/4″inches thick with a built-in stick incense holder and can be found at the Balsam Studio shop on Etsy.
