a creative process … or not

Thank, gawd, some things never change.

two dogs and a camera

No resolutions this year … although … I did promise that I would try to find more time to play artist.

I cleaned off my tile table, found a glue bottle that worked, and will admit to feeling fairly confident that something fantastic was about to happen.

Standing there  … I got nuthin’ … nope, nuthin’ … still standing there, starring out into space … a few minutes go by …  nothing, nothing, nothing … not gonna happen … not even if you think really, really hard squeezing your eyes together.

We’re sorry all circuits are busy doing other things right now … Please try again later.

It’s all good. There’s always laundry to do. 😉

Peace!

Inspiration and Influence

a Muse

#1. Has to be Marlene Hurley Marshall author of the book “Making Bits & Pieces Mosaics” – Circa 1998 –  all it took was a few pages to inspire me to glue objects, china and glass. The book is out of print but copies are still available online.

I couldn’t get enough of her bits and pieces mosaic tile table and ended up creating a few of my own.
