“What is happening to me happens to all fruits that grow ripe.
It is the honey in my veins that makes my blood thicker, and my soul quieter.” ― Friedrich Nietzsche … especially if I’m lucky enough to have the right size box and bubble wrap. 😉

Recently listed this gorgeous pair of tile pears. My original idea was to glue them on to something but that was decades ago. They may be handmade Italian pottery – maybe not – and they can be used as drink coasters or wall art.

a pair of pears – beautiful tile coasters / wall art / click image to view listing Beautiful Pair of Pears Tile Drink Coasters – Wall Art. Artist unknown. This Pair of Pears looks like they were created on gorgeous … looks like handmade tile and they give off a warm Italian energy to me. Maybe, maybe not.;) Both tiles have cork feet to be a coaster and a place on back to hang as wall art. Very gently used and I’ve had them since the late eighties so that makes them vintage too. Each tile is approx 4″inch x 4″inch x almost 3/4″ thick and weigh almost (1) one pound each. You’ll love them. I have. 😉 No chips, no cracks and no repairs. Gently used condition. Always be yourself, unless you can be a unicorn. Then, always be a unicorn. – Jaime Murray
Rare Find of the Day – Vintage Brinn’s Ceramic Unicorn Figurine that may be from the 60’s or 70’s and after researching vintage Brinn’s, I couldn’t find another one so … I presume that it’s a rare unicorn that I found. 😉 Beautiful colors in iridescent shades of white, pink, blue, yellow and green with a shiny gold horn. No chips, no crack, no repairs, some shelf markings and a few little rough spots can be felt on the tip of the ears and the horn but it’s not damage just age. Magical. The unicorn figurine is approximately 4 1/2 inch base, 5 1/2″ from back of base to unicorns nose and 6 3/4 inches from base to the tip of the golden horn. Colors vary from monitors to real life. 😉 Gently used condition. Click on image to view listing. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Since most of the box stores, hardware stores, Michael’s, Target and Walmart carry Clear e6000 adhesive it’s pretty easy to find … just make sure you buy the clear.
Found the adhesive, I’ve got glass and all the pieces fell into place quite nicely.
Just lovely, don’t you think?
On to the next thing …
If someone had asked me how many mosaic tile supplies there are in my studio, my answer would have been 2 maybe 300 variations of tile and glass.
Well, our Etsy shop just reached our 100th item (whew!) and I haven’t even nicked the surface.
I’m finding that the most difficult thing about posting on Etsy is going through the motions to post an item only to realize that I’m not ready to part with it.
Did someone say pieces?
