Let It Go

My attachment to stuff has changed … 975 square feet, one closet, two dogs, north winds, a forest, dirt roads and ongoing construction will do that to a person.

This will be our third winter in the north woods and I can assure you that living in this much nature is best described as magical humility wrapped in gratitude and the best part hasn’t even happened yet.

It’s so nice to have things to look forward too.

Enough

The online shop seemed like a great idea – took thousands of hours to design – only to find out that I’d be spending most of my time fighting off hackers and thieves … enough is enough … hard pass … life doesn’t have to feel this icky … you can find the shop on Etsy.

Mean people suck.

Speaking of liars, hackers and thieves … okay, I won’t.

Clutter Dust

The polar vortex  taught me that a little house with to much stuff, mixed with dog hair, firewood crumbs and an overworked fireplace cannot and will not stand, man.

Stuff needs to be off the floor, easy to move and quick to dust or what’s the point?

I will prevail … once it warms up.  :)D
