My first recollection of a someday was very disappointing when my 3 year old self never turned into a dog or a horse but I still carried on and got over it.
Fast forward … after years of practice creating experiences for corporate folk, now’s my chance to plan how this looks, again, for real, no backs, no do-overs, no storage lockers, no road trips … really? … as she sat there waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Which would be fine too … size 8.5 please.
There wasn’t a plan for the saucer size spider on the kitchen floor.
I knew that I wouldn’t try anything that had to do with picking it up so I grabbed a mixing bowl, trapped it and stood there hoping that the bowl wouldn’t start moving … if it did I’d grab the dogs and we’re out of here.
Later that day, help arrived and the spider – still under the bowl – was released back into the forest unharmed.
Must be a wake up call to prepare for a face to face with a bear, wolf or a zombie.
The studio will be done this summer and I’m in love with my electrician and his crew.
The shops are visited – thank you very much – some people buy stuff, it’s very cool and I’d like to see more of that.

It’s really true … the days of events and road trips are over … looks like this start won’t be stopped unless I’m bored, kidnapped or dead. Sounds like fun, carry on.
